Lawyer from the Escuela Libre de Derecho, where he received an honorable mention for his professional thesis, he has studied Corporate Law at the Autonomous Technological Institute of Mexico, as well as Real Estate Law at various institutions, among which the Research Institute of Notarial Law of Mexico City stands out, currently pursuing a Master in Business Law at the Autonomous University of Barcelona. He has more than 15 years of experience in areas such as Corporate Law, Labor Law, Real Estate Law, and Administrative Law. Additionally, he has been a professor of Roman Law, Labor Law, and Notarial Law at Universidad Modelo, Chetumal campus.

Certified Public Accountant with a specialization in Finance from La Salle University, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Graduate School of Management and Business Administration with more than 10 years of experience in international and national companies, expert in financial analysis, project evaluation and financial statements, compliance with MX GAAP, IFRS and US GAAP, budget, forecast and variance analysis, treasury coordination (AR, AP and investments), analysis, contracting and credit management.

She has worked in various private sector companies dedicated to the real estate and infrastructure industry, in addition to having worked in renowned law firms and public notaries in Mexico City. Nuria has also been a volunteer in various public health institutions, such as the National Institute of Pediatrics and the National Institute of Respiratory Diseases.

Licenciada en Derecho por la Universidad Panamericana con especialidad en Instituciones de Derecho Mercantil por la misma universidad. Cuenta con más de 5 años de experiencia en materias como Derecho Corporativo e Inmobiliario, en diversas empresas del sector privado dedicadas al ramo inmobiliario y de infraestructura, además de haber laborado en reconocidos despachos y notarías públicas en la Ciudad de México. Ha sido voluntaria en diversas instituciones de salud pública como el Instituto Nacional de Pediatría y el Instituto Nacional de  Enfermedades Respiratorias.
